The IT Systems Administrator will be crucial to maintaining the Microsoft Azure infrastructure that fosters security, collaboration, and adoption of the technologies that drive operational excellence for both the business and our customers. You will possess a demonstrated ability to influence positive outcomes without direct reporting authority.
Essential Job Functions:• Azure Infrastructure Management to include user accounts, groups, conditional policies, Intune management, mobile device management, and endpoint security.
• Administer, support, and maintain workstations, servers, and instrument software that support Quality Control labs and other key areas of the facility. This includes ensuring ongoing maintenance is completed for security updates, access control, and audit trail reviews.
• Serve as the onsite support for tier 2 troubleshooting of issues that cannot be resolved by the tier 1 helpdesk (managed services provider).
• Execute and update documentation for the support of infrastructure and enterprise systems to aid in system adoption by personnel and ensure assets are reliable, accessible, and secure.
• Provide administrative support and liaison with partners for assigned systems and supporting applications by completing tasks such as maintenance, periodic reviews, access and systems administration.
• Work closely with engineering, quality control, quality assurance, and other stakeholders to deliver infrastructure solutions that drive operational excellence and process improvements.
• Ensure alignment with directives and industry guidelines for applications.
Special Job Requirements:• 5 years of progressive IT Administration Experience.
• 3 years of experience managing Microsoft Azure platform for AD, Intune, MDM, endpoint management, Teams, SharePoint, and other Azure-powered solutions.
• 5 years proven experience maintaining and troubleshooting Windows-based workstations and servers.
• Proven experience in helpdesk support and customer service mindset.
• Knowledge of building SOPs, systems support, Data Integrity guidance, GxP compliance, Software Development Life Cycle, ITIL, and Good Documentation Practices to support working within a regulated environment.
• Technical degree, A.S., or B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Additional Preferences:
• Advanced certification in Microsoft Azure Platforms or ITIL a plus.
